Was born in Siauliai, where she lives now and works as a teacher at Siauliai University, Faculty of Fine Arts. In 1986, she graduated from Siauliai University, Fine Arts Faculty. She works in the fields of painting, fashion, performances and wood miniatures.
Has been a member of the Lithuanian Artists Association since 1992. Reda with her hustband Arunas was acknowledged as the best artists of 2003 in Siauliai.
Reda and Arunas are the creators of a multi-part exhibition about the Gilija region situated near Kaliningrad. In 1993, Reda and his husband Arunas began to organize theme-based shows and performances entitled Archeologists. In 1995 and in 1997 held Sandria Personal exhibitions and performances at Siauliai Art Gallery, the Medal gallery in Vilnius and the Langas gallery in Kaunas. In 1996, 1997 and 1998 - Virus avant garde fashion show at the Siauliai Art Gallery, in 1997 and 1998 - AR'MADA international avant garde fashion festival in Uzupis, Vilnius; in 1997 - at the Dimension 0 international performance art festival at Vilnius Contemporary Art Center; in 1999 - exhibition How to be happy at Vilnius Contemporary Art Center. Works where exhibited in Poland, Hungary, USA, Holland, Austria, Russia, Japan, Germany, France and Finland. Since 2000 till 2004 have created costumes for 10 plays at Siauliai Drama Theatre and Klaipeda Drama Theatre such as "Juozapas Sveikas" adapted from a novel by J.Hashek, "Trys seserys" by A.Chechov, "Pikviko klubo uzrasai" by Ch.Dickens (direct. R.Rackys). Furthermore, Reda and Arunas have created scenography and costumes for three rock spectacles in Siauliai. Most favoured rock spectacle accepted for Siauiai inhabitants is "Melsvosios ugnies paukste" ("The Blue fire bird") 2004. In 2005 have created costumes for A. Zigaityte opera "Praregejimas" ("The Afflatus") in Tytuvenai monastery and Vilnius University.
